ABOUT THE EVENT

Boards are racing to govern AI while the rules are still being written. This session cuts to the core questions facing directors and their counsel: What does fiduciary duty demand in the face of rapid AI adoption? How should governance frameworks address algorithmic bias and data privacy?  What are those governance frameworks?  And what are boards actually asking of inside and outside counsel as they balance innovation against regulatory and reputational risk?
