The American College of Governance Counsel will host an interactive web-based roundtable discussion on November 19, 2020, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm eastern standard time, on Governance of Workforce-Related Issues in the Era of the COVID Pandemic. The discussion will be introduced by Trustee Bob Mundheim and moderated by David Sternberg, General Counsel of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., with commentary provided by Kate Adams, General Counsel & Senior Vice President of Legal and Global Security, Apple, Inc., Professor Barak Orbach, University of Arizona James E.
