ABOUT THE EVENT
The M&A market in 2025 has grown significantly over the last year, driven by a multiple mega-deals as well tech deals fueled by AI innovation and digital transformation. On a macro level, with the Fed indicating a willingness to lower interest rates and the administration actively approving mergers and reinstating early termination periods several factors could boost the M&A market to even higher levels in 2026.
Our distinguished and experienced panel will review all of these factors and consider how they may impact the market for strategic buyers, private equity sponsors, corporate divestitures, and cross-border transactions. They will further discuss their impressions of how CEOs and board members are looking at these dynamics as well as how the pressure on PE sponsors to return capital are likely to play out in the coming months.
